E-commerce optimisation and strategy — Belfast, Northern Ireland
Most online stores don't have a traffic problem or a product problem. They have a leaky checkout, slow pages and no plan. We help Northern Ireland businesses build, optimise and grow e-commerce stores that actually sell.
(01) What's included
E-Commerce Optimisation & Strategy
Whether you're launching your first store or your existing one has stalled, we work on the things that move revenue.
Store Audits
A full review of your store: speed, mobile experience, product pages, checkout, tracking and search visibility. You get a prioritised list of what to fix first and why.
Conversion Rate Optimisation
More sales from the visitors you already have. We find where shoppers drop off and fix it: clearer product pages, simpler checkout, better trust signals and faster load times.
E-Commerce SEO
Category and product pages structured so Google can understand them, with product schema, clean URLs and content that matches what buyers search for.
New Store Builds
Online stores designed around your products and customers, with secure payments, sensible shipping rules for NI, GB and ROI, and an admin you can run yourself.
Tracking & Reporting
Proper e-commerce analytics so you know which channels and products make money. No vanity metrics, just revenue, conversion rate and average order value.
Ongoing Strategy
A plan for growth, not a one-off build: seasonal campaigns, email and abandoned-cart flows, product range decisions and regular reviews of what's working.
Results
Website orders up almost 5× for a Northern Ireland retailer.
A specialist retailer selling online from Northern Ireland to customers across the UK and Ireland. We took over the website in late 2024. Its product and category pages now rank on page one of Google for competitive, UK-wide buying searches, not just its own name.

(03) Questions
Asked a lot
Do you only work with businesses in Northern Ireland?+
We're based in Belfast and most of our clients are across Northern Ireland, including Belfast, Lisburn and further afield. We understand the local market, including the practicalities of selling and shipping to GB and the Republic of Ireland from NI. We're happy to work with businesses elsewhere too.
I already have an online store. Can you improve it without rebuilding it?+
Usually, yes. Most stores benefit far more from optimisation than from a rebuild. We start with an audit and only recommend a rebuild if the current platform is genuinely holding you back.
How much does an e-commerce website cost?+
We are not the cheapest option, and we are not trying to be. The cost depends on the scope, so after an initial conversation you get a fixed quote for the work. If your budget and your goals don't match, we will tell you honestly rather than cut corners to hit a number.
How long before I see results from optimisation?+
Conversion fixes such as checkout and page speed improvements can show results within weeks. SEO takes longer, typically three to six months to see meaningful movement, which is why we start with quick wins.
Is Your Online Store Underperforming?
Tell us about your store. If we think we can help, we'll show you exactly where you're losing sales.
